We take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order and customized), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product received is damaged, or
• You received the wrong item

Return Request Timeline
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue

Refunds / Replacements
Once the issue is verified:

• We will offer a replacement or
• Provide a refund to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered products
• Items purchased on sale or special discounts (unless damaged/incorrect)

Size & Fit Issues
As many of our products are made-to-order, we request customers to carefully review size charts before placing orders. We do not offer returns for size-related issues.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
