✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns requested beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• We allow size exchanges only, subject to availability.
• If your desired size is unavailable, we can offer:
  • A store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Or allow you to choose another item of equal or higher value.

🚚 Return Process

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Note: Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
